The sessions conducted by krishna Sir at Vangmay yoga center are very good and very helpful in improving body flexibility , muscle strengthening and in weight reduction. The different yoga patterns and the meditation session he teaches helps in reducing stress and increases mind concentration. I felt changes in my routine when I used to go the centre. It's so relaxing and stressfree.

I recently completed a 200-hour yoga teacher training program with Vangmay Yoga fitness centre and I cannot speak highly enough about the experience. The program was led by an amazing teacher(Krishna Sir ) who were incredibly knowledgeable, supportive, and encouraging throughout the entire journey. From day one, I was impressed with the structure and depth of the curriculum. We covered everything from the history and philosophy of yoga to anatomy and sequencing, and were given plenty of opportunities to practice teaching and receive feedback. The training challenged me to step outside of my comfort zone and confront my own limitations, both physical and mental. Through daily yoga practice, meditation, and self- reflection, I was able to develop a deeper understanding of myself and my relationship with the world around me. I also appreciated the sense of community that developed among the trainees. We were all there to support each other and share in each other's successes and struggles. I made some incredible connections with people from all different backgrounds and walks of life.
